If a file is proven to be defective and cannot be resolved, credits may be refunded to the user’s credit balance only.
Credits will not be issued:
Due to tool failure or inability to write a file
If the end customer changes their mind
Where no revisions or testing have been carried out

Where a tool cannot write a file, Enola Remaps Ltd will supply a replacement file for a different compatible tool free of charge within 30 days, for the same ECU only.
Files uploaded incorrectly, missing solutions, or processed with incorrect selections will require a new paid file request.
Additional features, solutions, or changes requested after a file has been submitted will incur an additional £30 charge.
Any new solutions added after completion require a new file request.
If a vehicle returns to the main dealer and software is overwritten, a new file request is required.
File requests for unavailable solutions will be processed unless a message is left during upload. If unsure, users must contact support before processing.
A £30 fee applies for decrypting or encrypting files outside of the Enola Remaps Ltd service.
Enola Remaps Ltd does not offer support for clone tools. No refunds will be given for:

ECU damage caused by clone tools
Tool failures are the responsibility of the user. Please contact your tool supplier for support.
Without before and after data logging, Enola Remaps Ltd cannot be held responsible for any vehicle damage.
Full vehicle health checks must be carried out before any tuning.
Vehicles run on a dyno must have baseline (stock) and post-tune runs. Running modified vehicles without a baseline is not recommended.
All files are supplied on the basis that tuning is performed entirely at the user’s own risk.
If a file causes issues, data logs must be provided before any refund or credit review is considered.
Engine tuning must be completed before gearbox tuning.
Refunds will not be issued for gearbox files if the engine cannot be remapped.
Users must read Tuner Comments before downloading files. No refunds will be issued for failure to do so.
Any vehicle software update that removes Enola Remaps Ltd software will require a new upload and charge.
Speed limiters may be stored in modules other than the ECU (e.g. BCM).
No credits will be returned if a limiter remains active after Vmax removal.
If support confirms the ECU solution is correct, responsibility lies with alternative vehicle modules.
No refunds will be given if a job cannot be completed due to the installer lacking the correct tools or procedures.
This includes failure to locate DTCs or complete required resets.
